Omega (spelled Ω) is a playable boss character in the Arcana Heart series, who appears as a post-launch addition after the initial release of Arcana Heart 3 Love Max Six Stars XTEND. She is a Holy Spirit/Angel who was sealed long time ago, due to her overpowered nature. Until the seal is broken in the present, where she becomes the main antagonist of the third game's expansion storyline, "World Extinction".

She utilizes an Arcana bearing a same name as her, which resides in her heart.

• Omega was originally slated to be a DLC character for Love Max Six Stars, and was not part of crowdfunding plan for the initial release of Xtend, which was first released on PC. It is because the previous crowdfunding's estimation for the inclusion of Omega alongside Dark Heart's Arcana, Love Prison Geist, and the "World Extinction" storyline did not reach.
• Omega's initial hair and eye colors in concept art which were shown in previous crowdfunding originally consist black hair with end red streaks on both center and side, and red eyes. As of May 5, 2023, at time when the arcade port of Xtend was announced where Omega will be included alongside other contents which were unreached in previous crowdfunding plans, her final hair and eye colors are drastically change, with the hair colors are now almost identical to those of Izanami from the BlazBlue series.
